Relations between Russia and Norway have deteriorated significantly due to the Oslo policy, the Russian Foreign Ministry said. At the same time, as Izvestia writes, against the background of the general deterioration of bilateral relations, the countries maintain elements of pragmatic cooperation to a minimal extent - contacts continue through the fisheries departments, as well as the border and customs services.
