The Investigative Committee opened a criminal investigation of an attack after a night attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Belgrade, Kommersant writes. According to the regional governor Alexander Shubayev, the number of victims has increased to 14 people, one dead. As a result of the strikes in the city, 30 apartment buildings and four private houses, 35 cars, as well as three administrative buildings, eight commercial facilities and three social facilities were damaged.
