Iran has submitted to the American government a proposal to resume navigation in the Strait of Hormuz in exchange for the lifting of the American blockade on its ports, reports Al Arabiya. According to the TV channel, Tehran, through Pakistan, informed Washington of its willingness to bring these two issues to the diplomatic level. A day earlier, the foreign ministers of Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia called for the rapid restoration of safe passage of ships through the strait.
