The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation has prepared a bill for measures to support teachers, and proposes to assign the title of working veteran to teachers with at least 25 years of experience. According to RBC, the document also provides the right to free legal aid, further education every three years and protection against unauthorized video recording. It is planned to guarantee mentoring for experts who start working for the first time for at least one year.
