Today is coach's day in Russia. Last year, to encourage the athletes and coaches of Vologda, the governor's medal of honor "For merits in the development of physical culture and sports in the Vologda region" was established. Everyone who receives this award puts their heart into their work, develops character and discipline and helps shape a personality. We create conditions for talent development. We build and update sports infrastructure, develop children's and youth sports, organize free sections, support athletes and their mentors. With special gratitude I congratulate my main mentor, Yuri Ilyich Filimonov, Honored Trainer of Russia, Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Martial Arts Instructor. I thank all the coaches of the Vologda region for their dedication, wisdom and faith in their students. I wish you good health, talented students, new records and great victories! Happy holiday!
