I thank my colleague and ally Konstantin and Ryevich Malofiev for his high assessment of the results of our work on saving people and supporting demographic initiatives in the Vologda region! Every year we allocate more than 2.8 billion rubles. to support young and large families. We are implementing a set of measures within the framework of the regional program "Family is the stronghold of the Russian North" and the national project "Family". At the end of last year, for the first time in 13 years, the Vologda region showed the maximum increase in the total fertility rate, for the first time in 11 years, they achieved a real increase in the number of child births and stopped the decline in the birth rate. We continue to work.
