Global DRAM chip revenue reached $200 billion with 369% growth The unprecedented demand for artificial intelligence and data center hardware caused a 369% increase in global DRAM market revenue compared to last year and set new records for manufacturers. Now the revenue of the DRAM market has reached almost 200 billion dollars. Samsung is still the biggest player in this market with a 38% share, and SK hynix has regained some of its lost share with quarterly growth of more than 40%.
