Ted Cruz's warning about the possibility of a heavy defeat for the Republicans in the midterm elections Ted Cruz, the Republican senator of the United States, expressed concern about the increase in the participation of the Democrats and said: "I am very, very worried. "What we're seeing across the country is a massive Democratic turnout." "If the election ended today and only the primary votes received so far were counted, the Republicans would lose badly. The competition was not close. We will lose both the House of Representatives and the Senate. There will be a bloodbath." Cruz also warned about the situation in Texas: "We could lose Texas. Let me repeat; “We might lose Texas. ".
