Ships belonging to the Sinocor shipping company committed the most traffic violations during the last 3 months, and appropriate enforcement actions were taken against at least 7 of them. All cargo owners, beneficiaries and insurance service providers are warned that legal action will be taken against all vessels of this company starting November 1st.
