Psychological survey result: Tehran has the most anxious people/anxious citizens who do not want to seek treatment All 31 districts of the country participated in the mental health assessment program, and the most favorable situation is the district with the lowest percentage of people with anxiety (high risk). The statistics obtained show that the amount of mental damage is high in the densely populated districts and big cities. A fifth of Tehran residents have high anxiety and among this group, only a fifth are willing to follow their problem seriously. After Tehran, Khorasan Razavi has less than ten percent of people with anxiety, and Isfahan is next. The data obtained show that citizens do not show much desire to realize their psychological treatment needs. Perhaps the field of mental health is not considered by the general public to be in need of urgent care.
