Hansie Flick on Alejandro Balda: "It's normal for a player to lose confidence when he's not playing, but Balda does an excellent job in every training session." "I have a huge amount of respect for Balda and I'm trying to help him regain his confidence, that's what the coaching staff needs to do. He's trying to get back to his best level and I'm happy for him."
