Trump hinted at preparing strikes on two Iranian targets: US President Donald Trump said Washington has plans to strike one or two targets in Iran, and the country could deal with it within ten minutes. His remarks to reporters were quoted by the official account of the US presidential administration, Quick Response 47, on the social network X. "We destroyed their nuclear weapon. We still have, I would say, one or two objects to deal with, but we can do it in ten minutes," he said. Trump also responded to a question about whether the US would resume strikes on Iran this week. "Why do you ask such a stupid question? Suppose I return - will I tell you about it?" the president said. Trump may strike Iran again if Republicans lose the congressional elections on November 3, Axios reports. A portal source said that "their best chance to make a deal is right now." Qatar is trying to reach an agreement between the US and Iran before the vote to prevent a new war.
