The State Duma Committee on Constitutional Affairs, Civil Legislation and Law (for brevity, we will call the committees after their chairpersons - the Krashinnikov Committee) deletes to a mass grave part 7 in section 118 of the regulations the bill of the previous convention to clarify the procedure for removing a deputy list from the faction. The initiative, logically, was raised by Yaroslav Nilov, who was expelled from the LDPR faction at the last convention, but was appointed head of the working committee until the end of the convention. He proposed to supplement the federal law regarding the status of a deputy with a blanket provision according to which the exclusion procedure is determined by the regulations of the State Duma. However, the responsible committee believed that the actual presence of such an order in the regulations is a first, and it would be unnecessary to include in the law a provision on the need to comply with it. At the same time, the government, in its response to the federal bill, showed concern for delegates, pointing out that the law should define specific responsibilities.

Failure to comply should be grounds for removing a deputy.

from the faction as well as an appeal mechanism for the aforementioned decision.

and other procedural guarantees (!). True, for lack of all this, the review turned negative. The situation turned out to be a dead end. You can't expel a deputy list from the faction, but if you want you can. For now, the only legal way left is voluntary departure based on a personal declaration.
