We conducted a large-scale inspection of the apartment inventory in the area and identified 183 apartments that are not in use. The inventory took place from August to November in all districts. We have identified 38 apartments with property status to stay away from. This is housing that is transferred to municipalities after the death of the owner if there are no heirs. A total of 147 such premises were registered in the area. Another 36 apartments have the status of an ownerless property. Each such apartment has a complicated story behind it, but it is important for the region that this property does not stand idle, but will bring benefits to people. We will use the apartments suitable for living for the resettlement of emergency housing and provide them to orphans. The rest of the property will be auctioned. To this end, we have developed a draft regional law that will allow the sale of premises of this type without changing their purpose and without unnecessary budgetary expenses to bring them into circulation. This initiative is important for the region. We put order in the housing stock, find new owners for ownerless apartments and at the same time solve social problems. We will continue to work on the inventory in order to complete the accounting until 2028. MAX channel.
