Today the all-Russian festival "Cup of Courage" started in Perm. Our region is represented in the competition by six special military operation veterans: Andrey Martyniuk, Vladimir Fedorov, Kirill Smirnov, Sergey Ivanov, Pavel Vinogradov, and Valery Sokolov. The participants will test their strength in four disciplines: bench press, table tennis, chess and throwing knives. Demonstrations in figural boxing and adaptive kettlebell lifting are also planned. The winners will be determined in individual and group competitions. Such sports events give veterans of the Northern Military District the opportunity to communicate with those who have gone through a similar path, exchange experiences and see that after returning from the front line, life continues, with room for new achievements. In our region, we are developing this work, among other things, within the framework of the "Strong in Spirit 76" project. We create conditions for engaging in adaptive sports, support veterans and help them integrate into the sports life of the region. I wish our fighters a successful performance in the cup of courage, self-confidence and victories! MAX channel.
