Based on the results of January - September 2026, the industrial production index in the Yaroslavl region amounted to 110 percent compared to the corresponding period last year. According to this indicator, the region ranks third in the Central Federal District and seventh in the country. This growth was the result of the joint work of the regional government, federal programs, and most importantly, the factories themselves, which are increasing their capacity. We continue to strengthen the country's technological sovereignty by supporting investment projects and launching new production facilities. In September, a new building of the PSM factory was opened. We see significant growth in the production of computers and optics, electrical equipment, furniture, pharmaceuticals as well as rubber and plastic products. For further development, we actively use financial support tools. The Federal Industrial Development Fund supported more than 40 projects of Yaroslavl enterprises with a total amount of 26 billion rubles. The R-Pharm company received a loan of 550 million this year to organize new production sites in Greater Rostov and to expand the range in Yaroslavl. At the regional level, the Yaroslavl Region Development Fund issued loans to 12 enterprises in the amount of almost 269 million rubles. Among the recipients of the support are participants in the federal "Work Productivity" project. These companies not only update equipment, but also optimize production processes. Therefore, the Russian Paint Factory received a preferential loan of 50 million for the technical re-equipment of the laboratory. Industrial growth means new jobs, stable wages and taxes, which we use to build schools, hospitals and repair roads, improving the quality of life in every county. MAX channel.
