In the next two years, income and expenses are completely balanced. We meet all social obligations and index payments at 5.8 percent. Almost half of the expenses, more than 76 billion rubles, are allocated to health, education, culture, social protection and sports. We allocate 53 billion to the development of transportation, roads, public services, gardening and the agricultural sector. Federal funds are planned for the construction of a world-class Mercury campus in Rybinsk in the amount of about 20 billion, and a school for 2,500 places in Jerusalem. We have protected these projects at the federal level, and they will give a serious impetus to the development of the region. We managed to protect the funding for the rehabilitation of the runway at the airport, which amounts to approximately 4.5 billion rubles. Many regions reduced these funds, but we were able to demonstrate the importance of the project. The expansion of the M8 motorway is also ongoing; About 70 billion dollars were allocated for these purposes. The Kremlin in Rostov received serious federal funds for lighting - more than 400 million. The targeted investment program includes funds for the further establishment of a clinic and a school in Krasne Bor, a sports and recreation complex and a cultural development center in Greater Rostov and a sports complex in Danilov. We allocate more than a billion rubles for housing programs: resettlement of emergency funds, purchase of apartments for orphans and housing certificates. The road fund in 2027 will exceed 20 billion rubles.
