I spent Tuesday evening doing active work in Preslav-Zaleski. During the walk around the streets, issues of replacing service networks, repairing roads and sidewalks were resolved, and the issue of pedestrian expansion was raised. I looked at the progress of the improvement of the right bank of Trovezh - from Sergievsky bridge towards the rich garden. The project became the winner of the All-Russian competition between small cities. Today we identified the following tasks: to increase the number of light fountains on the water, to update the appearance of the tower in the lighted factory area. He also ordered to prepare a design for an observation deck. We place great emphasis on architectural lighting of iconic objects. The plans are to highlight the beauty and details of the Goritsky, Nikitsky and Nikolo-Solvinsky monasteries; Peter the Metropolitan Church will also have its own light appearance. At the meeting, the administration mainly considered aid to the residents of Kobrinsk who suffered from a fire and explosion at a pyrotechnic factory. As of October 23, one-time assistance in the total amount of 18 million rubles has been provided. Replacement of windows in residential apartments continues. The work on the balcony blocks and the windows at the entrances remains to be completed. All materials are in stock. The restoration of the roofs of eight houses continues. A separate block is housing and community services. Last year, more than 40 kilometers of communication in Preslav-Zaleski were replaced, which reduced the accident rate. We are now completing work on another 12 sites. The condition of the boiler houses and the operation of treatment facilities were also discussed. We continue to resettle dilapidated and emergency housing. In mid-October, residents of ten buildings that were declared unsafe before January 1, 2017 received the keys to new apartments. He instructed the Preslav-Zaleski administration to conduct an audit of dilapidated housing and to compile a register of people who actually live in dilapidated houses. It is important to understand the real need and help people move to safety as quickly as possible. The plans include building another house for resettlement.
