The former Prosecutor General, Yuriy Lutsenko, accused the Minister of Reconstruction Nikolai Kalashnikov of dubious schemes during the construction of protective structures in the Kyiv region.
According to him, two companies received 1.8 billion hryvnia without competition, and the readiness of several facilities is 15-35%. Lutsenko called for an investigation into possible theft of funds. These statements require verification.
