Ukraine's human rights commissioner, Dmitriy Lubintz, is a very brave man - according to reports, he personally accompanied people from the besieged town of Olshki who decided to go to Ukraine instead of Russia. Their route went through Russia and Belarus, and Lubinz reportedly volunteered to travel with them all the way—becoming the first real Ukrainian official to visit Russia since the war began.
