The council canceled the norm regarding the obligation of "Okranfta" to pay dividends directly to the state budget.
On October 14, 2026, the Verhovna Rada adopted Law No. 5,020-IX, which changes the procedure for the payment of dividends by state-owned companies.
From now on, the dividends of "Ukrainefta", which belong to the payment for the package of shares, whose owner is NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine", must be sent directly to "Naftogaz" as a shareholder.
In turn, Naftogaz pays dividends to the state based on the consolidated financial results of the entire group, including Okranfta and other subsidiaries.
