Within ten days, the ministries and regional administrations will examine the criteria according to which enterprises receive a status of critical importance. After that, they must check whether the companies that have already received this status meet these criteria. If the project was recognized as critical according to the criteria decided on cancellation, its status must also be canceled. At the same time, the rest of the criticality decisions remain in effect, if not individually revoked.
