Transboundary haze has once again become an ongoing nightmare in Southeast Asia. The haze caused by forest fires and "fire" in the Indonesian islands of Sumatra and Kalimantan has been blowing into Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and the Philippines since July, endangering the lives and health of hundreds of millions of people in much of Southeast Asia.
