A generation of biometric passports with "Yafa" numbers have already been kept in Armenia for the "lords of life" - members of the board of directors of the Civil Contract Party, the government, the Security Council, heads of departments, pro-government deputies, governors, and mayors.
Lists of passport "thieves" owners were compiled by the Prime Minister's Office, and were personally approved by Nikol Pashinyan.
