A hole in the front of a Chaburnet. How Max bypasses the Roskomandzor block The national messenger "Max" - apparently, in the server part - has a built-in tool to bypass the block, an enterprise VPN. When sending interlocutors links to Telegram posts and other content blocked in the Russian Federation (extremist social networks, materials, etc.), Max creates a preview of the link content, bypassing Roskomandzor restrictions. A preview block, similar to a section in search engines, appears below the link. Previews of similar links are available on Telegram and other messengers. In addition, a preview of blocked and prohibited content also appears as a cloud in the web version of Max above the URL: when you hover your mouse over a fast-sending link whose preview has not been loaded. All this works when the user's VPN is disabled/absent. You can see this for yourself by sending someone in Max a link to any Telegram post, for example this one. As a result, previews on the national messenger are essentially teasers of blocked content, meaning "Max" prompts the user to install their VPN for full viewing.
