Online gold selling platforms are not required to get permission from Gold Union Raza Elfat Nassab, head of the National Association of Virtual Businesses, declared that the claim made about the requirement of online gold selling platforms to get a license from the union is false. He added that the decision of the Supreme Supervisory Council, which has not yet been published, is related to the online activity of traditional gold sellers who have a license from the Gold Association, and it does not mean to oblige online gold selling platforms to obtain a license from this association. Alfat Nassab also announced the connection of five to six online gold sales platforms to the monitoring system and said that this process will continue in the coming days with the addition of additional platforms. He emphasized that due to the launch of the monitoring system and the role of the regulatory institutions, proper transparency was created in the field of online sales of gold and silver.
