Warning from the American Embassy about the possibility of an attack in Moscow The American Embassy in Russia issued a warning to its citizens to stay away from the "Tsaritsino" museum complex in Moscow. The reason for this warning is the existence of a "credible threat to the possibility of an event with mass casualties today". Before the ISIS attack on the concert hall of the municipality of Karchum, a similar warning was issued, but with a more general content.
