Complaint by 10 basic goods importers' organization regarding late payment of foreign exchange claims 10 basic goods importers' organizations complained in a letter to the Governor General of the Central Bank about the delay in implementing the President's order in July to pay 50% of the foreign exchange requirement of basic goods importers. In this letter it was emphasized: failure to implement the president's order to pay foreign currency claims of importers of basic goods, freezing their foreign exchange frameworks, stopping interest and fines binding foreign currency to the banking system and preventing their transfer to bad debts led to despair and dissatisfaction of the private sector and concern for the food of the people. According to the private sector's understanding of the special conditions in the country, the settlement of the accounts is not expected at once, but emphasis is placed on attributing these claims after 10 months of economic analysis and after 20 months from the date of payment of the claims in order to maintain food security in the country in the coming months.
