Imported alcohol in Russia will rise sharply - the government has raised import duties on strong alcohol from unfriendly countries to 35%, but not less than 5 euros per liter. The new rates apply to whiskey, rum, gin, liqueurs, spirits, ethyl alcohol and other spirits.
