Claude's developer, American Anthropica, has filed a prospectus for its upcoming November IPO on Nasdaq. The document states that revenues in the first half of 2026 increased 14 times, to $16.3 billion, but the net loss reached $80.75 billion. Such a large negative result is related to the conversion of investor bonds. A separate risk item is liabilities to cloud providers totaling $265.6 billion. Therefore, rapid growth in sales is accompanied by large-scale financial demands from the company. According to Forbes Russia, Anthropic's IPO value may reach $2 trillion. If this estimate is confirmed, the position will be the largest in history. For now this is a possible estimate and not the final placement price. The prospectus also warns against the use of artificial intelligence to create biological and chemical weapons. Investors will have to consider not only revenue growth, but also cloud liabilities along with the risks of using the technology.
