Deputy Minister of Economy Anar Akhundov met with Deputy Secretary General and Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) Rania Al-Mashat. At the meeting, the importance of Azerbaijan's partnership with the UN and its regional commissions was emphasized, the development of the dialogue and the prospects for practical cooperation with ESCWA were discussed. Information was presented about the socio-economic reforms implemented in Azerbaijan and the work carried out to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
