In the months of January-September this year, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan (NAR) provided entrepreneurs with preferential financial support in the amount of ₼6 million, the NAR Ministry of Economy reports.
The allocated funds made it possible to finance 172 projects, which is 50.9% more than the corresponding period last year. 91.3% of the supported initiatives and 64.2% of the total volume of preferential loans fell on the part of the entrepreneurs operating outside the city of Nakhchivan - in the regions and villages of the NAR. 56.1% of the financed preferential loans are intended for the development of agriculture, 28% - the industrial sector, 15.9% - the service sector. The implementation of these projects will help create 187 new jobs.
