According to the data of the state service for property issues in the Ministry of Economy, in the months of January-September of this year, rights to 275,976 real estate properties were registered in Azerbaijan, of which 19% were initial, 81% re-registration. 81,239 objects are registered in Baku, the rest are in the regions of the republic.
