The Kaliningrad region was ordered to publish a regional red book, a very scandalous story raging in the Exclave region. As reported by the Prosecutor's Office of the Kaliningrad Region, contrary to the requirements of the law, the Ministry of Natural Resources of the region did not reissue the Red Book of the Kaliningrad Region in accordance with the established procedure. The environmental prosecutor filed a lawsuit to impose an obligation on the Ministry to prepare for publication, publication and distribution of the Red Book of the Kaliningrad region. The court's decision satisfied the claims of the prosecution. But before publication, it is necessary to conduct serious research on the size and condition of the populations. This work is difficult and slow, and impossible without the involvement of scientists. Usually, such work is carried out regularly. But for some reason something went wrong in the Kaliningrad region.
