Ruselkhuzandzor continues to intimidate with fines. Well, how to scare, so rather, just try to somehow influence. The day before, a decision issued by the inter-regional department in the North Sea of Ruselkhuzendzor came into effect for bringing a single entrepreneur from the autonomous region of Nantes to administrative responsibility for not fulfilling the order. According to the department, in May 2026 an unplanned inspection visit was conducted in relation to the farm. It was found that the minimum distance from the structure of the compound for keeping large and small ruminants to the border of neighboring plots does not meet the established standards, and the requirements for handling animal byproducts are not met. Such a violation of the veterinary and sanitary rules can contribute to the emergence of infectious diseases in humans. The individual entrepreneur was given an order to cancel the identified violations. In September, a control and supervision event was carried out, which was agreed upon with the prosecutor's office, during which it was determined that the order was not implemented and the violations were not canceled. The department issued a decision to bring a sole entrepreneur to administrative responsibility according to part 8 of art. 19.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, a fine of 20 thousand rubles was imposed, and a new order was issued to eliminate the identified violations. And something tells us that it won't come true either. Simply because there is nowhere to get additional meters of land.
