The immunity of energy supply companies during the heating season turned out to be so unnecessary in the neighboring Vologda region, the prosecutor's office forced energy workers to clean up the waste and even fined! For our Arkhangelsk region, where energy workers cannot be violated for unknown reasons, and therefore often lose sight of the coasts, this is very positive news. According to the attorney's office of the neighboring region, the heat supply organization produces waste of hazard classes I-IV in the process of carrying out its activities. However, contrary to the requirements of the law, a passport for the generated waste was not developed and approved by the organization. The district attorney's office submitted a report to the director of the organization about this fact, but no appropriate measures were taken to eliminate the violations. Therefore, a court was established that confirmed the legality of the supervisory authority's requirements. As of now, the court's decision has been implemented, the organization has drawn up and approved a passport for waste generated from hazardous levels I - IV. In addition, by order of the prosecutor's office, the director of the resource supply organization was brought to administrative responsibility within the framework of part 9 of art. 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (non-fulfillment of the obligation to make waste passports of dangerous degrees I - IV). Well, we are waiting for such pleasant events to be held in our Arkhangelsk region! We look forward to it!
