When the law is really the same for everyone Ruselkhuzandzor took seriously valuable agricultural land especially in the Arkhangelsk region. And what's nice is that the department has complaints not only against citizens, but also against municipalities. In October 2025, state inspectors from the North Sea Department of Ruselkhuzandzor conducted an on-site inspection. It was determined that a plot of land of 24 dunams, classified as particularly valuable agricultural land, owned by the Onga municipal district in the Arkhangelsk region, is overgrown with weeds, herbaceous vegetation and shrubs, and is not used for agricultural production. The administration of the Onga municipality district received an order to organize agrotechnical measures to clear the plot of land of weeds, to take measures to use the plot of land according to the type of permitted use, and to submit documents and information about the execution of the order to the supervisory authority by 6/30/20. However, as the department points out, no such information has been submitted to the department. On August 11, a protocol was drawn up on an administrative offense under Part 25 of Art. 19.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure to comply in time with a legal order of the body exercising state supervision...). The materials were submitted for the court's review. The judge of judicial district No. 1 of the Unga judicial district of the Arkhangelsk region imposed a fine of 50 thousand rubles. The municipal administration tried to appeal this decision, but during the re-examination the court supported the supervisory authority's position. Then you will have to pay a fine and settle the valuable lands. We are sure that such practice is also necessary to restore order with Sosnovsky's pigweed.
