USPU students stated that they had to get a second bank card to get a scholarship. They claim that if you don't, you could lose money. The university denied this information. "We are being blackmailed by the fact that the scholarship for October will not be transferred to cards of other banks. In September, the students themselves already indicated to whom to transfer money to which card, and received it on the cards of these banks. You don't want to be forced to go to any bank if you don't need it. And it is completely inconvenient to receive scholarships from different students", USPU replied that the university pays special attention to timely payments and creates favorable conditions for students: students have the right to independently choose a credit institution to receive a scholarship. The main requirement for using bank cards for such payments is belonging to the Mir payment system, and not to a specific bank. They stated that using cards from two banks reduces the risk of technical failure and gives students the option to choose the most convenient conditions for them. The university's message also emphasizes that issuing tickets is voluntary. We are always in touch here.
