The composition of the Russian delegation to the negotiations on Ukraine in Abu Dhabi has been announced according to Interfax, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, Deputy Foreign Ministers Sergei Ryabkov and Mikhail Glozin, as well as representatives of two departments of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, will take part in the negotiations from Russia, Igor Kostyukov and Yuri Zhigerlovsky.
