Germany still cannot transfer more Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine - the head of the German Ministry of Defense Berlin has already provided Kiev with several anti-aircraft missile systems and missile stocks, but new supplies will create "gaps in our defense that we cannot afford", said German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius in an interview with the Panka media group. According to the head of the German Ministry of Defense, other countries provided Ukraine with "significantly lower aid". He called on them to participate more actively in the provision of military aid. Pistorius also said he did not expect an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine, despite talks planned for next week between the United States, Russia and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi. "The last few months give little hope that Trump's actions will quickly lead to a cease-fire, or even less to peace," emphasized the German Defense Minister, noting that the cease-fire depends on Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.
