The Russians massively attacked the Ukrainian energy sector: Chernihiv and Slavotich were left without electricity. As reported by the Air Force, the Russian army carried out a combined attack with "Iskander" and "Zarkon" missiles and Shahad and "Gerbra" UAVs. Chernihiv and Slavotich remain completely without power supply, "Zhytomyr Oblnargo" reports a large-scale power outage. Outages were also observed in the Vinnytsia region.
