The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office claims that the law enforcement officers did not conduct investigative actions on the premises of "Kyvetfluenergo" and did not seize any documents. "The information distributed on the KMDA website does not correspond to reality," the message reads. According to them, investigative actions were conducted based on court rulings only in the residences of two workers and workers in contracting organizations as part of an investigation into possible embezzlement of budget funds due to an overestimation of the cost of materials during the construction works. "We emphasize that the investigative actions being carried out in the homes of the specified persons do not and cannot affect the activation of heating in the apartments of Kyiv residents," the prosecutor's office said.
