In the Nizhny Novgorod region of the Russian Federation, the Lukoil refinery is on fire after a drone attack. The governor of the region said that an industrial plant in the Kastovsky district was under a mass drone attack. According to him, the object suffered "significant damage" as a result of the impact. Local authorities did not say which plant was affected, but Russian and Ukrainian monitoring resources report that it is the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery in Kastovo.
