Zelensky presented sanctions against the creators of the Russian satellite communication system "Shahar". The sanctions list includes 10 companies and 19 Russian citizens associated with them, the Office of the President of Ukraine reported. In a separate decision, Ukraine introduced sanctions against 39 ships from the Russian "shadow fleet".
