🔶 Bagri Kenny: Iran is not satisfied with America's paper commitments.
Ali Bagri Keni, deputy secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, said Tehran would not rely on "written promises and requires practical action from Washington" to start a new round of negotiations with America.
Referring to the four rounds of negotiations between Tehran and Washington in the past year and a half, Bagri emphasized in an interview with Iran's state television that each time these negotiations were stopped by "hostile action and violation of commitments" on the part of Washington.
A senior Iranian official previously told Reuters about a nuclear offer from Tehran to Washington. Reuters also quoted this person and wrote that America is considering this offer, but Iran conditioned the start of negotiations on the fulfillment of its seven demands.
