"fake" warnings in Ukraine; Russia also announced a ground cyber attack.

On the evening of Sunday, November 1, a warning message about radioactive radiation and a chemical ground attack appeared on the mobile phones of several Ukrainian people. The messages that the authorities of this country misread and denied.

The Ukrainian Air Force announced that there is no fear of radiation and the "Air Alert" warning application is apparently a target for infiltration.

Hours later, Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations also notified its warning system of the ground cyber attack. The existing reports do not establish the connection between these two events and the identity of their perpetrators.

According to Ukrainian authorities, this app displayed warnings for Kyiv and other regions about a nuclear and chemical ground attack and the risk of street clashes.
