This newspaper wrote in a report on Sunday, November 1 that the German Federal Criminal Police registered a total of 670 cases of these crimes last year, which is about six percent more than in 2024. According to this report, these criminal actions include a wide range of violations, from praise and glorification to assassination and insult to destruction of property and committing acts of violence.
According to the German Federal Criminal Police Department, the number of these cases has increased sharply since the Hamas ground assassination of prisoners in Israel on October 7, 2023. According to published statistics, only 16 cases of these crimes were recorded in 2022, and from the beginning of 2023 to October 6 of that year, the authorities recorded only 33 of these crimes.
