🔶 Trump: We need a nuclear guarantee for an agreement with Iran.
US President Donald Trump said on Friday, October 30, on the eve of the mid-term elections for the US Congress on November 3, that the Salami Republic has been at war and hostility with the US since coming to power in 1979.
Trump emphasized that the US did not start a war with the Islamic Republic and expressed hope that this conflict will end soon. But he did not explain how this would happen.
In an interview with a radio station in Kansas City, Trump said: "This war will end soon. "We need a guarantee that Iran will never develop a nuclear weapon."
Trump said that if Iran had nuclear weapons, I would talk to them as "sir", but I'm not going to talk to them as "sir".
Trump previously said that the US would not launch a ground attack on Iran before the election. The American president once again repeated his claim about the imminent end of the war with Iran, but did not provide details on how it would be realized.
