Flavio Bolsonaro, the right-wing candidate for the presidential elections of Brazil, arrived in the United States on the evening of Tuesday, October 27 after his defeat in the elections. According to CNN and the Washington Post, he left Brazil while the country's Supreme Court ordered the confiscation of his passports and a ban on his departure.

The exact location of the 45-year-old Bolsonaro's arrival in America is still unknown. However, the BBC reported, citing well-known sources, that he met his younger brother, Eduardo Bolsonaro, in Florida.

Brazilian Supreme Court Judge Alexander de Moraes previously ordered Bolsonaro to surrender his passports within 24 hours. He also canceled this politician's travel documents and banned him from leaving the country.

Bolsonaro refused to implement this court order. In addition to Brazilian citizenship, he is considered an Italian citizen from 2023.
