Netanyahu to Iran: We are much stronger than you think, don't try us.
Binyamin Netanyahu, the captive Israeli Prime Minister, two days before the elections, while visiting an "Arrow" anti-missile defense system, said that there are indications of a possible ground attack by Iran or its proxies to disrupt the elections.
Without giving details of this information, he threatened that any ground attack would be met with "disproportionate blows" and said: "We are much stronger than you think." Don't underestimate us. Don't try us. In this case, you will suffer disproportionate and severe blows.
Netanyahu emphasized that Israel's captive army is ready "both in defense and in the offensive field."
These statements were made while Channel 13 prisoners reported last week that Eyal Zamir, the army chief of staff, said in a private meeting that in the current situation he does not see the need for a ground attack operation against Iran before the elections.
